I understand I am voluntarily using the mobile electric sauna and cold plunge.
I acknowledge the activities involve risks including burns, heat exhaustion, dehydration, fainting, dizziness, overheating, slips and falls, electrical hazards, and other possible injuries.
I agree to follow all safety instructions given by the operator, and I accept full responsibility for my own safety.

Medical declaration
